Order Tracking

You will receive an order conformation email after you placed your order. And you will be able to track your order in that email. (If you don't see it in your email, please check in your spam/ junk folder) Or Track your order Here

 
Processing Times- Monday thru Friday. Excluding holidays. 
 
Shipping cut off is 4 pm PST. Orders placed Friday after 4 pm will be shipping the following Monday.  Excluding holidays.
 

 

Domestic

 FREE shipping 2-3 days for domestic (U.S.) orders, USPS First Class 2-3 business days. Excluding Holidays.

 

Expedited shipping 1-2 days shipping, USPS Priority mail 1-2 days delivery before 3 pm.

International 

Note: We are always looking for the best solution to get your package to you faster and safer. That's why we will take care of import duties at your country so you don't have to deal with customs and you get your package faster!

Returns & Exchanges

*Holiday return and exchange times: Holiday orders purchased between Nov. 1st and Dec. 31st. Returns and Exchanges are accepted through Jan 15th. (Standard return conditions still applies)

You may return your creation to the us within 30 days of receipt, for exchange or refund to the original credit card. Or merchandise credits.

You may return your Baikalla Jewelry pieces in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. We will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way. Please refer to the return & exchanges policy
