At Baikalla, we specialize in 100% natural, untreated Type A jadeite jade. We source our own raw jade and handle cutting, carving, and jewelry production in-house, allowing us to create a piece tailored to you.

Every natural jade stone is one of a kind. We’ll work with your budget and preferences, including color, texture, and overall style, to select the best available stone for your design.

Custom orders typically take 2–3 weeks from design approval to delivery, depending on the project. Please share any special deadlines, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

International Shipping

We ship internationally through DHL Express Worldwide. Delivery times vary between 4-7 days, depending on the country. In unlikely circumstances, deliveries may take longer.

International customers are responsible for shipping charges and any applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees. Customs processing may extend delivery times.

Delivery estimates begin when your order ships and do not include order-processing time.

The return process is very easy: to start a return or exchange request, contact us directly or use the live chat box below.

Items purchased directly through our official website may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your request.

Live claim purchases are exchange only within 30 days of delivery and cannot be returned for a refund.

For an exchange, let us know which item you’re returning and the piece you’d like instead. We’ll guide you through the process and send a payment link or refund the difference.

For the most accurate ring size, we recommend having your finger measured by a local jeweler.

If you'd like to measure your ring size at home, our preferred method is to wrap a string (or a thin strip of paper) comfortably around your finger, mark where it overlaps, then lay it flat and measure the full length with a ruler in millimeters. The ring should be snug, but not tight, and be able to pass over your knuckle. 

We highly encourage you to be sized by a professional before ordering rings. If you plan to visit our showroom, we'd be happy to measure your ring size.

Once you have the measurement, feel free to let us know and we’ll be happy to help confirm the best ring size for you. If a ring in your size is out of stock, contact us about custom sizing or ordering options.

To find your bead bracelet size, wrap a flexible measuring tape, string, or strip of paper snugly around your wrist where you normally wear a bracelet. If using string or paper, mark where the ends meet, then lay it flat against a ruler to measure your wrist in inches.

Round up to the nearest half inch and share that measurement with us. We’ll account for the bead size when recommending your fit.

We highly encourage you to be sized by a professional before ordering bead bracelets. If you plan to visit our showroom, we'd be happy to measure your bead bracelet size.

For a looser fit, let us know whether you prefer an additional ½-1 inch of room. We’ll help you choose a comfortable size.

Pieces priced over $10,000 include a complimentary GIA report for the main stone or stones. GIA reports may also be requested for other pieces for an additional fee.
