Returns

Domestic (US): We offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy for all US orders! If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (30 days starts upon order arrival)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All custom orders are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

International: Same 30 day return and exchange policy applies, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for all international shipment. US customs tax is also charged to you. Please contact us prior to ordering in regards to sizing, product information to ensure the product is to your liking. We appreciate your understanding!

Contact us and let us know what is the reason of your return. Or else items shipped back to us that doesn't have a return request will not be accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. With EXCEPTION to, special ordered, customized, sized, altered or damaged jewelry, CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Sterling silver jewelry will NOT be accepted after 30 days. All returns must be in new condition.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We are able to exchange your jewelry within 30-days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@baikalla.com and send your item to: 534 SW 3rd Ave Suite 200, Portland, Oregon, United States.

Authenticity Guarantee – 100% Natural, Untreated Type-A Jade

At Baikalla Jewelry., we guarantee that every jade piece we offer is 100% natural, untreated Type-A jade. This means our jade is not dyed, chemically bleached, or polymer-impregnated. Type-A jade refers to jadeite or nephrite that has only undergone traditional treatments such as cutting, polishing, and waxing—never any artificial enhancement.

If, at any point, it is confirmed through certified gemological testing that your jade item is treated in any way, we offer a full money-back guarantee. (But that will never happen)

While jade is a durable and strong gemstone suitable for daily wear, it is still a natural material and can break if dropped or hit hard enough against a hard surface. Please note that our authenticity guarantee does not cover breakage or physical damage, as we do not offer a breakage warranty.
